Public Involvement

A public meeting was held on May 8, 2025, to discuss the status of treatment system installations across the site and review the Phase IV Remedy Implementation Plan Modification. The document, comments received, and responses can be reviewed on the MassDEP website. A video of the public meeting and slides from the meeting can be found below.
The last Technical Advisory Group (TAG) meeting took place on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. Slides have been posted below under the TAG section.
The next Public Involvement Plan (PIP) meeting will take place on October 16, 2025, at the Beverly Middle School. Details are provided in this notice.
Current activities include ongoing regular meetings with community representatives (Technical Advisory Group or TAG), public meetings, and periodic newsletters. Technical Advisory Group (TAG)
The TAG consists of specific stakeholders from the local community, including the Mayor of Beverly, state elected officials, and representatives of the community group Voices of Concern (VOC) North Beverly. Public Meetings
Public meetings will be held periodically and as required by the Massachusetts Contingency Plan (MCP) process. Copies of presentations, posters, and/or other meeting materials can be found under each meeting date.
