Public Comment Period
The Phase III Remedial Action Plan (RAP) is available for public comment January 25 – February 14, 2023.
The Phase III RAP identifies the areas where additional treatment is proposed. The Phase III evaluation involved analyzing more than 20 current remediation technologies appropriate for the treatment areas and evaluating them using specific criteria set forth by the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP). It describes the recommended treatment alternatives proposed as a result of the evaluation, which are presented for public comment.

Technical Advisory Group (TAG)
The TAG consists of specific stakeholders from the local community, including the Mayor of Beverly, state elected officials, and representatives of the community group Voices of Concern (VOC) North Beverly.
